I used AI to clean up my version.
So you will see two versions. First the AI version of my response. After that... my actual voice version.
No.
Some of the accounts listed are not mine: @sparkleyjane,
@yuemi83,
@newstyle.gld,
@cagayancowboy, and
@akikwu.
That said, I understand why this was flagged. Several of the GLD-related accounts are controlled by me, and they have been voting on each other while I test the GLD system. From the outside, I agree that this can look like circular voting.
I will stop voting with the sub-accounts while this is being reviewed.
The purpose of the accounts is to build and test a Hive-based game/economy project called GLD. The accounts are meant to function as bots, NPCs, treasury accounts, curator accounts, and testing accounts. Each has a specific role in the system.
A few examples:
The broader goal is to bring outside money into Hive through stocks, crypto, credit card cashback, and miscellaneous income, then use that value to support HIVE, HBD, EDSI, GLD, and GLS. I am trying to create a game/economy where the accounts have roles, generate activity, and eventually support real users rather than just my own accounts.
However, I understand that intent does not erase the concern about circular voting. Even if the voting is being used for testing and world-building, I can see why it raises red flags.
My proposed resolution is:
I appreciate the work HiveWatchers does. I understand why this kind of activity needs to be watched carefully, and I am willing to adjust the project so that it does not create reward-pool abuse or appear to do so.
Thank you for your time. I look forward to your guidance on the best way to move forward.
No.
Some of them are not mine. @sparkleyjane, yuemi83, newstyle.gld, cagayancowboy and akikwu are not mine.
If you want to see my vision and why I'm currently "self voting" scroll down a little further but I'll explain that each of the accounts has a role first.....
The others accounts are created to work as bots and NPC's for the GLD world each with a specific task. Right now I'm doing a roll call to clear my mind on what each is going to do and clarify their roles.
The "delegator" accounts will become the "Merchants Guild" and throw their support behind one of the "Dragon" accounts.
The "Curator" accounts are in charge of upvoting the Dragons activities and, once things are finalized, give priority to actual user accounts.
There will be one accounts responsible for maintaining a link to real world assets and in game NFT's as the "Crystal Grove" which will likely be the @hiveabbyftp account. It will be responsible for brining in actual real world coin and converting to HIVE to distribute to other accounts in the crew.
The EDSI.gld account will be responsible for the "EDSI Village" which will actively purchase EDSI tokens to create income in HIVE which will be converted to GLS tokens.
The BBH.gld account is a bot which watches for holders of GLD and GLS coin as well as delegators to this account and if they are active it comments on their activity, tips them, and notifies them of their daily reward.
The terganftp account is my actual account used for making my HIVE posts and crystalwing.gld is my Dragon counterpart.
The tergan604 account will be the account behind "The Breech" (Dragon counterpart hasn't yet been decided) which will purchase Splinterlands NFT's and send them out as wandering monsters in the game world so that other players can hunt them down for coin. Provided they have Splinterlands cards to battle with.
gldrewards is the bot responsible for running the daily faucet hosted at the website hivegld.netlify.app
merchantsguild is the bot responsible for running the GLD/HIVE/HBD exchange pool
tergan is the account responsible for holding the HBD which backs the GLD coin. It will also be responsible for purchasing real world stocks and sending out NFT's to represent them to the dragon accounts in game.
Some of the accounts: jmpmt, maudit, and I thought one other that I don't see listed are test cases for a hive app which works very much like a hive based database/spreadsheet. They are still a work in progress but when operational they will power "The Scribes" which will act as the accounts for the game world. In addition I'm hoping to use the underlying programs to do real world apps. Notably a weight and fitness tracker app as well as an investment tracker app. I can send a link to the app's alpha version but it is currently flaky.
scraps.gld will back the "Scrapyard" and its corresponding Dragon. Not entirely sure the exact role of the scrapyard in game but in the real world it will look at different ways to collect income from things that are typically overlooked.
My end goal?
@hiveabbyftp
@cro.gld
@crovisa.gld
@scraps.gld
Hiveabbyftp is the landing point for each but the money comes from:
Stocks (hiveabbyftp)
Crypto (cro.gld)
Credit card cashback (crovisa.gld)
Miscellaneous income (scraps.gld)
Hive gets converted to HP and yes it is used to vote for any of the in game/world dragons and their background accounts
EDSI get income weekly and that is converted to GLD as rewards as the in game currency.
Real world cash that isn't for in game currency is converted to HBD. The HBD interest is moved off chain and used to purchase either more stocks which will be tracked with in game NFT's or possibly crypto investments which will be tracked by in world items.
I understand the HiveWatcher concern about this and will stop voting for the sub accounts until I hear your response. I would like to continue the practice so that I can watch in real time how the interactions world between the different components. However if your decision is **Please stop the practice" I would ask that you allow me to change to a different format.
The different format would be:
I really do understand why you are absolutely necessary on HIVE and thank you for your work. I look forward to hearing from you to hear the best way to move forward from this.
