There's nothing like the satisfaction of a home-made vegetable fry. Whether you're looking for warmth on a cold evening or preparing a nutritious meal for your family, a vegetable stir-fry with rice makes for a perfect meal. It supports eye health, boosts immunity, and aids digestion as it contains vitamins, potassium, and fiber.

Required Ingredients....

🍀 Cabbage 50g
🍀 1 Carrot.
🍀 A tomato.
🍀 A pod of green chillies.
🍀 Onion leaves 20g.
🍀 A little bit of finely chopped garlic.
🍀 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
🍀 1 1/2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Method of making.....

First, wash and clean the cabbage, carrots, green chilies, tomatoes and garlic and cut them thinly.

Then take a vessel and add about 1 1/2 table spoons of vegetable oil to it and put it on the stove and add chopped garlic to it when the oil is hot. Fry it for about a minute. Then add chopped cabbage pieces to it and stir fry it for about a minute. Next, add carrots to it and mix well.

Next, add soy sauce, chili powder, pepper powder and mix. Next they add salt greens, green chilies, and tomatoes and mix well. Do not let the vegetables over cook and remove from the heat.
