Goals and expectations should be reasonable. Sometimes the prototypes in the media make them too high. Also, some well-meaning relatives try to set them for others, motivated by their own experiences. However, as we become more aware (and with some stumbles, perhaps) we learn to move forward, being kind to ourselves and reaching reasonable goals.🏁
