Esta semana entrevistamos a @cositav, una hiver entusiasta que ha demostrado su amor por la colmena. Nos complace tenerla en nuestro equipo, donde aporta valor desde su experiencia y conocimientos, siempre con ideas proactivas y la disposición para ayudar.
En su blog podemos notar su pasión por el ciclismo, además es usuaria frecuente de la comunidad Actifit, a través de sus paseos hemos conocido su entorno y su mundo interior. Ella es curadora del equipo de Hispapro, donde se ha desempeñado de forma excelente.
1. Cuéntanos un poco de ti. ¿Quién eres fuera de la pantalla de Hive? (Profesión, hobbies, de dónde eres, etc.)
Saludos amigos, compañeros y usuarios de Hive un placer tener esta hermosa conversación con ustedes, gracias al Proyecto de @hispapro por la invitación, gracias @ramisey y por la entrevista. Mi nombre verdadero es Yolernis, nací en Valencia, Puerto Cabello. Actualmente vivo en Los Guayos. Soy una mujer bendecida por la vida, feliz y agradecida por cada segundo y por todas las cosas maravillosas que me han pasado. Soy docente de Literatura, actualmente trabajo en un colegio público impartiendo clases a nivel secundario. Aunado a eso soy madre de 3 hermosos hijos que la vida me regaló, soy hija de unos maravillosos padres, soy la hermana mayor de 4 hermanos extraordinarios.
Me encanta leer, escribir, observar la naturaleza y maravillarme ante el universo misterioso.
2. ¿Cómo llegaste a Hive y cuál fue tu primera impresión?
Llegué a Hive gracias a una compañera de trabajo en redes sociales, la increíble @aibi97, miembro de Zona de Escalofríos. Ella me motivó durante mucho tiempo a unirme y, finalmente, di el paso definitivo. A partir de ahí, me guió en mis primeros pasos, permitiendo abrirme camino y comenzar este maravilloso viaje de aprendizaje que continúo hoy.
3. ¿Cuál es la diferencia más grande que ves entre las redes sociales convencionales (como Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, etc) y las redes sociales que hay dentro de Hive?
Es una diferencia abismal, aunque no soy mucho de usar redes sociales, ya que no dispongo de tanto tiempo libre para ello debido a mis ocupaciones, si puedo decir que Hive es un mundo completamente diferente, estoy segura que en ninguna de esas redes hubiese aprendido ni la mitad de lo que he aprendido en la plataforma. Hive es un mundo de conocimientos, aprendizajes y es una Blockchain que valora tu esfuerzo, tu constancia y tu tiempo. Esa sería la gran diferencia para mí.
4. Si tuvieras que definir Hive en una sola frase, ¿cuál sería?

5. ¿En qué comunidades sueles publicar o interactuar con mayor frecuencia y por qué?
Comúnmente público en @actifit porque me siento cómoda hablando de mi día a día, me he familiarizado con la app de @actifit y ya forma parte de mí, además de que es una comunidad muy receptiva con aquellos que se esfuerzan por crear contenido original y de calidad. Otra de las comunidades que me encanta es Cycling, allí puedo hablar de unos de mis pasatiempos favoritos, el cual es el amor por las bicicletas y los paseos que comúnmente realizó en ellas.
6. ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro o la experiencia más gratificante que has tenido en Hive hasta ahora?
Mi mayor experiencia hasta los momentos es ser curadora de la Comunidad de @hispapro donde he tenido la oportunidad de aprender a través de @yonnathang y su equipo los lineamientos de la curación de contenido y todo lo relacionado con una cuenta de curación, he aprendido por medio de este gran compromiso a valorar el esfuerzo y la dedicación de los usuarios y lo más importante he aprendido a mejorar como creadora de contenido.
7. ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender en tus inicios?
Todo tiene su grado de dificultad en Hive, porque es un mundo nuevo y muy amplio, pero si tengo que nombrar algo que me ha costado un poco comprender, es sobre piscina de recompensas, pool de liquidez, porcentajes, HP, votos. Pero de resto lo demás se me ha hecho menos complicado.
8. ¿Cómo describirías tu visión a futuro dentro del ecosistema de Hive?
Quiero seguir creciendo, aprendiendo, comprender todo acerca de lo que es una Blockchain, quisiera en un futuro contribuir en un proyecto donde la comunidad hispanohablante logre un completo desarrollo dentro de Hive. Seamos una comunidad más fuerte y logremos unirnos aún más, con visiones y metas en común.
9. ¿Qué consejo le darías a un hiver que apenas está comenzando?
Que lo intente una y otra vez que no se rinda, que haga comunidad, que interactúe, que sea constante. Que haga de su blog un santuario de conocientos, experiencias y dedicación. Que escriba sobre lo que le guste y le apasione.
10. Si quieres explicarle Hive a un familiar o amigo, para que se una a la plataforma, ¿qué le dirías para convencerlo?
Le diría que en Hive puede escribir sobre sus experiencias, y que si no le gusta escribir, puede encontrar comunidades de fotos y que si no le gustan las fotos, hay comunidades de animales, de juego, de sombras de nubes, que en Hive puede ser libre de escoger cuándo, cómo y qué escribir. Y además puede tener la posibilidad de ser recompensados por ello.
11. Para finalizar, ¿Has tenido alguna experiencia directa con Hispapro? Si es así, ¿qué tal ha sido?
Desde que me inicié en Hive mi primera experiencia fue con @hispapro muy agradecida con este gran proyecto que me tendió la mano y me ha apoyado, le agradezco mucho al equipo de @hispapro de la mano de @crish23 quien fue para mí el mayor apoyo que he tenido. Siempre agradecida con ella, por su paciencia, apoyo y el aprendizaje que desinteresadamente me dio.

This week we interviewed @cositav, an enthusiastic winterer who has shown her love for the hive. We are delighted to have her on our team, where she brings value from her experience and knowledge, always with proactive ideas and a willingness to help.
In her blog, we can see her passion for cycling. She is also a frequent user of the Actifit community, and through her rides, we have gotten to know her environment and her inner world. She is a curator for the Hispapro team, where she has performed excellently.
1. Tell us a little about yourself. Who are you outside of Hive? (Profession, hobbies, where you're from, etc.)
Greetings friends, colleagues, and Hive users. It's a pleasure to have this wonderful conversation with you, thanks to @hispapro for the invitation, and thanks @ramisey y for the interview. My real name is Yolernis, I was born in Valencia, Puerto Cabello. I currently live in Los Guayos. I am a woman blessed by life, happy and grateful for every second and for all the wonderful things that have happened to me. I am a literature teacher, currently working in a public school teaching secondary level classes. In addition to that, I am the mother of three beautiful children that life has given me, I am the daughter of wonderful parents, and I am the oldest sister of four extraordinary siblings.
I love to read, write, observe nature, and marvel at the mysterious universe.
2. How did you come to Hive and what was your first impression?
I came to Hive thanks to a coworker on social media, the incredible @aibi97, a member of Zona de Escalofríos. She encouraged me for a long time to join, and I finally took the plunge. From there, she guided me through my first steps, allowing me to find my way and begin this wonderful learning journey that I continue today.
3. What is the biggest difference you see between conventional social networks (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and the social networks within Hive?
It's a huge difference. Although I don't use social media much, as I don't have much free time for it due to my busy schedule, I can say that Hive is a completely different world. I'm sure that I wouldn't have learned half of what I've learned on the platform on any of those other networks. Hive is a world of knowledge and learning, and it's a blockchain that values your effort, your perseverance, and your time. That would be the big difference for me.
4. If you had to define Hive in a single sentence, what would it be?
Learning
5. Which communities do you usually post or interact with most often and why?
I usually post on @actifit because I feel comfortable talking about my day-to-day life. I've become familiar with the @actifit app and it's now part of me, plus it's a very receptive community for those who strive to create original, quality content. Another community I love is Cycling, where I can talk about one of my favorite hobbies, which is my love of bicycles and the rides I often take on them.
6. What has been your greatest achievement or most rewarding experience at Hive so far?
My greatest experience so far has been curating the @hispapro community, where I have had the opportunity to learn from @yonnathang and her team about content curation guidelines and everything related to a curation account. Through this great commitment, I have learned to value the effort and dedication of users and, most importantly, I have learned to improve as a content creator.
7. What was the most difficult thing to learn when you started?
Everything has its degree of difficulty in Hive because it is a new and very broad world, but if I had to name something that has been a little difficult for me to understand, it would be reward pools, liquidity pools, percentages, HP, and votes. But everything else has been less complicated for me.
8. How would you describe your vision for the future within the Hive ecosystem?
I want to continue growing, learning, and understanding everything about blockchain. In the future, I would like to contribute to a project where the Spanish-speaking community achieves full development within Hive. Let's be a stronger community and unite even more, with common visions and goals.
9. What advice would you give to a Hiver who is just starting out?
Try again and again, don't give up, build a community, interact, be consistent. Make your blog a sanctuary of knowledge, experiences, and dedication. Write about what you like and are passionate about.
10. If you wanted to explain Hive to a family member or friend to get them to join the platform, what would you say to convince them?
I would tell them that on Hive they can write about their experiences, and if they don't like writing, they can find photo communities, and if they don't like photos, there are communities for animals, games, cloud shadows, and that on Hive they are free to choose when, how, and what to write. And they also have the possibility of being rewarded for it.
11. Finally, have you had any direct experience with Hispapro? If so, how was it?
Since I started on Hive, my first experience was with @hispapro. I am very grateful to this great project that reached out to me and has supported me. I am very grateful to the @hispapro team, led by @crish23, who was the greatest support I have ever had. I will always be grateful to her for her patience, support, and the knowledge she selflessly shared with me.

If you could make one wish, what would it be?
Wow, that's a tough question.
I would ask for a world in which people with noble hearts, guided by principles and values, lovers of nature, peace, and collective well-being, were the ones who directed the destinies of a country, the world, and our planet.
