Coincido contigo en lo difícil de tener que hacer cambios de planes, aunque lo positivo como dices, es dejar de pensar tanto en lo que no hiciste hoy y pensar mejor en las cosas buenas que traerá mañana, me encanta, gracias por compartir tus pensamientos 
I agree with you about how difficult it is to have to change plans, but the positive thing, as you say, is to stop thinking so much about what you didn't do today and focus instead on the good things tomorrow will bring. I love that, thanks for sharing your thoughts
