Hello, friends, birdwatchers and community greetings! this time introducing my photographs about
Black Kite (Milvus migrans) from India around our house. we have many Brahminy kite around very few times we saw this black kits fly far up in the sky. very few times they are in the camera range. That day I noticed this kit perched on a bare tree branch
A medium-sized bird of prey in the family Accipitrid, flies very high up in sky, has strong hook-shaped bill.
They heavily favor open areas near wetlands, river edges, lakes, and coasts. Our area provide a steady supply of fish, water-birds, and carrion. but never saw them in our garden like this position.
This is for now Thank you!
