After reading many posts I still couldn't understand What to write about reciprocity. and I was searching for meaning in my mother tongue: It is a very simple way to explain the meaning is a law of giving and receiving. Many Indian philosophers make many discussions about it and The simple nature's law makes me think back to my experiences, my culture, my family, my friends, my coworkers, And sometimes strangers.
First of all, giving and receiving is a natural phenomena. Which is universal law or spiritual law, that is inherent. Everything is about giving by the universe and we are the receivers. We got our life as a giving from the universe. whatever we received we should share it or give it to others to receive abundance and make it circulated in the universe. Without these actions, there is no circulation, no circulation means there is a disaster. Everything in the universe is circulating, and even in our bodies blood circulation keeps us alive. Our breathing in and out makes our existence here on earth. So many small and simple things we should notice there are the actions of giving and receiving.
Following this law is make our life successful, and gives us an abundance of possibilities. Doing everyday practice of reciprocity in an individual way makes everybody happy. What you can give and what you can receive is not matter, you give good vibrations, love, respect, gratitude, forgiveness, kindness, good thought, your time, knowledge, or service, or material things like money, food, or educational support, just try to give and then what we receive that is abundance whatever comes to you in abundance. We said what you sow that you will get must decide what we sow. good or bad?

How the giving and receiving in my life mostly family, friends, coworkers, strangers, unknown patients, and now the whole world. My culture always has good points we always think about giving, might food, money for the needy (even knowing we don't get it back) knowledge, clothes, water, plants, flowers, or at least a good thought, compliment, or smile.
When I follow this reciprocity law I am getting abundance from the universe and this circulation goes over and over. that is my experience about giving. Receiving I don't care because I do my duty and I will get paid somehow and somewhere. When I meet somebody who may be family or friends or strangers give something to them which is suitable for their time and is affordable for my position. or at least one good thought, positive vibration, one smile, or a good compliment.
Offering food to somebody, giving water for trusty helping somebody with my good service, which connected with love and lights. help people need real help for good work. It makes me happy that time. And I am getting back from several ways. and I am very appreciative of it. For everything and everywhere show my gratitude for nature because I receive from nature air, water, sunlight, and the earth where we can stand. giving gratitude is my duty I think. Even paying bills say thanks. And here the reciprocity works.
Reciprocity between nature and human beings is the world that goes on.
But these days what happening in this law in totally different ways which invite disasters.
