Hello, and greetings community this is my entry, for the community 
This Art today I am presenting to you dear hivers and friends has lots of meanings of home, love, family, friendships, health, wealth, nature, animals, birds, flowers, fruits, sky, stars, Sun, moon, farms, weapons, tools. All connected to home.
According to our Moon calendar, the new year begins in the middle of spring. (the king of seasons,) everywhere the positive atmosphere. We count months from one new moon to the next new moon, approximately 30 days.
On the first day of New Year's, we celebrate with all kinds of decorations that bring happiness and positive energy to the home, family, community, and all over. One of the decorations we prepare this rangoli art.
Rangoli is a symbolic art made using powdered stone with just ones fingers. mostly thumb, and index finger, and simple tools.
This rangoli I made shows respect and gratitude to all elements, nature, and the household we need every day in our lives.
Here we also use holy symbols
Starting with a garland made of mango leaves which are medically and spiritually very important for us.
After that, the universal sound AUM
The sun, moon, stars. galaxy,
Then the house sketch with a married couple
outside of the house children are playing. then came a
cow, oxen, horse, dog cat elephant, peacock, swan
farm, tools, and weapons. trees. flowers, fruits. The cobra and eagle together show friendship.
It is traditionally done on a brown surface kind of clay paint on the floor like a natural canvas. Here our lunar new year is still 2 months away but by then I will be back in my Western life. There are no limitations to the drawing, It flows according to the ideas of what you mean by home. There is no matter of size elephant is smaller than a peacock. That is the flow of getting lost in another world.
