Feeling better about something doesn't mean it's better for you. Consider that many of the wrong decisions in your life felt great at first.
(Feeling better is not necessarily being better. Most of our worst decisions felt amazing in the moment) This quote by Mark Manson touched my heart. And I was thinking about how much more we need to learn and move forward.
We are so emotional that we don't even let our intellect take any of our decisions.
We always hold the strings of our lives to emotions. We think that every decision is right when it increases our dopamine levels, we are ready to take the risk and we do not feel even a little bit of discomfort.
But in reality, this is a never-ending situation that we expect only so that we can get rid of hard work and stay in our comfort zone. As a result, we keep complaining all our lives that if this was not there in life, then that would not have happened, if this had happened, what would we have done?
However, the truth is that every successful project starts with some mess and a little risk.
Gradually, things build and you come out of these two emotions. So learn to take risks and be uncomfortable.
Dopamine addiction is also a bad addiction, do it only when necessary!
Give emotions as much space in your life as they should be. Use your mind and write that not every good decision in life needs to make you feel good in the beginning.
Because more than just feeling better for a moment, your life needs to be better, be happy and let it be!
