My next hitch was in souris Manitoba in September, I stayed at the Souris hotel. The hotel was really nice, newly completed, comfy beds and with the bedrooms on either side of the bedrooms it was like having the room to yourself even if it was shared ... very nice set up, complimentary breakfast included
We were working hwy 2 to 10, base crew lifting the shoulders on the highway and getting rid of them pesky drop offs ..
Lots to see and do in souris, if you like history, camping or nature this is a good spot from the plum house to the sway bridge and old railway museum, watch out for peacocks they own the town and to my surprise they do fly
