I saw that picture of aussie bacon. I miss Aussie bacon. Its superior. In America we have bullshit bacon thats like pork rashers sliced paper thin. I'd give a whole lot to get my hands on aussie bacon right now.

You're right about booze prices in Australia. Was a real eye opener when i first got there. 10- 15 dollar bottles of cheap booze going for 55 dollars. I ended up sticking to wine half the time because for some reason it doesn't seem as taxed.

Im pretty pissed off tom hanks gets to waltz right into australia and have rights that australians dont even have. its disrespectful and shows zero solidarity by the actors to even try such a thing. I still have no idea why a movie about elvis needs to be filmed in Queensland. Either way its a bullshit double standard to forgo the laws for the rich and famous while aussies can't even visit their dying relatives. Home affairs should be ashamed.

Anyways, i think of all the photos and activities you have for this weekend the ones where you were spending time with your kids are my most favourite. That tine spent is precious. Absolutely precious and irreplaceable.
