Direct repercussions for being a prick are always the most effective in my opinion. Not saying you should tamper with the master break cylinder of a guys ute do it fails inexplicably a week later when hes cutting someone off in traffic. But letting them know they're pricks is always good. I have low tolerance for pricks and wankers.
