Once a week, every week these wonderful women descend on the shelter. They're "The Muffin Ladies" and I have yet to see them miss one single Thursday morning regardless of the weather.
They have been coming to the family shelter since May of 2017, bringing home baked muffins of every variety. They want to send the kids off to school with tummies filled with food made with love.
There are four of these angels (one woman declined being photographed) and they are always so cheery and kind, all smiles.
Today they even brought pink and red muffins with sprinkles to celebrate the coming of Saint Valentine's Day.
There are heroes everywhere in this world, and sometimes their acts come in the form of yummy muffins and sweet women with juice boxes.
