I first found out about Steemit through this awesome guy by the name of Charles Fuchs ( @stackin ). It was the end of June, this past summer and I was like what the heck, why not! The claims of making crypto currency off of posts seems very interesting to me. I did my first post a few days after sign up and was shocked to see that this first post was up to$59 dollars, it was insane! I learned as much as I could about the platform and continued to post content. I made more with some posts than other, and I figured why not see what this could bloom into. Anyways, so now here we all are in October and I wanted to share my thought of how other minnows could be successful on Steemit.
Keys 馃攽 to the Steemit hustle:
Motivation is required to become a Steemit Hustler. You cannot rely on others to motivate you; you must work hard and motivate yourself to keep on going everyday.
I will admit that I have not been as consistent in posting content, but I do make sure to post at least two articles a week. We must be consistent with posting and times we are posting content. Try posting at different times throughout the week, to see when you are receiving the most views, comments, and upvotes. According to
@jerrybanfield the best times to post are usually right after payouts.
Build genuine relationships with your fellow Steemians. The amount of people who follow you means nothing if they are not inclined to go to your posts and support you.Get to know others on this platform and what they are about. Read articles and comment, be honest. People will reciprocate if your are building with them, instead of worrying about how many upvotes you can get.
No matter how much or how little my posts receive,I will continue to build on Steemit, because I believe in it. In fact, I started working partime at my job, so I could spend more time building up my account. I've also joined a few groups and contest and have made a killing through contests! So, study 馃摉, research, hustle hard, and connect everyday, an I know you will be a success!
