En esta oportunidad paso a relatar por ac谩 el procedimiento de la perdida de los dientes de Mathias, como afecta su parte sensorial.
Si algo ha caracterizado a mi hijo es que, aunque su condici贸n de TEA est谩 ya diagnosticada, su parte sensorial no est谩 alterada del todo, mientras para otros ni帽os es un trauma que le corten el cabello, las u帽as, incluso comer alimentos con diferentes texturas, a Mathias eso no le afecta, sin embargo la perdidas de sus primeros dientes ha sido un rato dif铆cil para 茅l, claro que en este sentido es importante resaltar que no todos los ni帽os con la condici贸n de autismo son iguales, ni lo que le afecta a uno le debe afectar al otro, ya que aunque es la misma condici贸n, entre ellos son muy diferentes.
A sus 7 a帽os solo ha mudado 4 dientes, los primeros dos se lo tuvo que extraer una odont贸logo, ya que nunca se le aflojaron y sus dientes permanentes salieron completamente, situandose en la parte de atr谩s, esto caus贸 una especie de trauma al no dejar tocar sus dientes y mucho menos extraerlos.
El 煤ltimo diente que se le afloj贸 tuve que negociar con 茅l, para poder estimular y que se le pudiese soltar, en dos oportunidades trat茅 de extraerlo con un pa帽uelo, obteniendo como resultado la resistencia de mi hijo y que el diente no se cayera.
Mi 煤ltima estrategia con 茅l fue, sentarlo y negociar ante algo que 茅l quisiera, que se aflojara el diente con sus propios dedos y luego le daba su merienda, fue lo que m谩s me funcion贸, se lo afloj贸 de tal manera que pr谩cticamente el diente estaba medio puesto, era cuesti贸n de un peque帽o movimiento o una mordida a algo medio duro para que se le cayera por completo.
Hoy, mi hija mayor le pregunt贸 a Mathias si pod铆a verle el diente, el acepto, y cuando se lo fue a.mover con el dedo el diente cay贸, no hubo traumas, no hubo llanto, ni siquiera hubo sangre 馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ fue una perdida de diente feliz 馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ
As铆 que, hoy el Sr. Rat贸n P茅rez Visita la cama de Mathias, 茅l le pidi贸 tost贸n (chucher铆a que puede consumir), esperemos le cumpla y se lleve el diente a cambio.

On this occasion, I would like to describe the process of Mathias losing his teeth and how it affects his sensory system.
If there is one thing that characterizes my son, it is that, although he has been diagnosed with ASD, his sensory system is not completely altered. While other children find it traumatic to have their hair or nails cut, or even to eat foods with different textures, Mathias is not affected by this. However, losing his first teeth has been a difficult time for him. Of course, it is important to note that not all children with autism are the same, and what affects one may not affect another, because even though they have the same condition, they are very different from each other.
At 7 years old, he has only lost 4 teeth. The first two had to be extracted by a dentist, as they never loosened and his permanent teeth came in completely, positioning themselves at the back. This caused a kind of trauma, as he would not let anyone touch his teeth, let alone extract them.
The last tooth that became loose, I had to negotiate with him to stimulate it and get it to come out. I tried twice to pull it out with a tissue, but my son resisted and the tooth didn't come out.
My last strategy with him was to sit him down and negotiate for something he wanted, to loosen the tooth with his own fingers and then give him his snack. That's what worked best for me. He loosened it so much that the tooth was practically half out. It was just a matter of a small movement or a bite on something moderately hard for it to fall out completely.
Today, my eldest daughter asked Mathias if she could see his tooth. He agreed, and when she moved it with her finger, the tooth fell out. There was no trauma, no crying, not even any blood 馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ. It was a happy tooth loss 馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ.
So, today the Tooth Fairy visits Mathias' bed. He asked her for candy (a treat he can eat). Let's hope she fulfills his wish and takes his tooth in exchange.
