El caminar es un ejercicio muy bueno para la salud, te llena de energías y de vitalidad para afrontar el día a día,. también podemos perder un poco de peso y lo mas importante es que lo hacemos en familia. Al realizar nuestras caminatas en la playa estas son mas efectivas y relajantes que hacerlo en la ciudad, debido al aire puro, los paisajes y el sonido del mar, estos elementos aportan un plus de bienestar.
Observar la cantidad de cocoteros que encontramos en esta playa es sorprendente y me gusta fotografiar sus hojas que están muy alto y hacer ub contraste con el cielo, también tomo algunas del horizonte del mar, de barcos, animales y muchas mas. Nunca me canso de hacer fotografías en la playa, a cada momento cambia el paisaje y encuentro algo que me inspire.
