- Plancha Lateral + Rebotes (Derecha)
- Plancha Lateral + Rebotes (Izquierda)

😕WHAT IS A TABATA?😕
⏱️1 TABATA = 4' of work.⏱️
8 blocks of 20" work x 10" pause.
As it is a maximum intensity training, it is important to know that first you have to know the exercise, therefore it is a training for intermediate and advanced. If you are a beginner, I recommend that you try other times such as 20" of work x 20" of rest to avoid fatigue and start doing the exercise wrong.
🏋🏽♂️EXERCISES🏋🏽♂️
You'll grab a sheet of paper and a pencil to write down the exercises below and not have to pause and resume the video every time.
- Side Plank + Rebounds (Right)
- Side Plank + Rebounds (Left)
- Spinal Circles
- Sit Ups
It is important to do the technique WELL to avoid injury, that's why the 1st lap is always a test, and then add speed and intensity.
If you feel any pain in any joint or part of the spine, we must stop the exercise, try to move the body to test that area of pain and if it persists, stop training and see a specialist. AVOID SERIOUS INJURIES!
🔜PRE AND POST TRAINING🔚
Warming up before a workout is just as important as the workout itself. Why? In this post that I did a few weeks ago I explain it to you and there are also several exercises to warm up.
ALWAYS WARM UP TO AVOID INJURIES.
The elongation and stretching, or the famous "Return to calm" is also important to tell the body that we are no longer going to punish it 🤣, so lowering the heart rate and stretching the worked muscles are key.
Soon I will make a video stretching the muscles of the body and being able to walk the next day without excessive pain 😁
ALWAYS STRETCH SO YOU CAN TRAIN AGAIN THE NEXT DAY.
Thank you very much for reading 😘
