My wife and I participated last night in this epic theatre experience called "A Game of You."
As an actor, and one that is familiar with the constructs of the theatre experience, this was very different, in that I was the story. I don't want to disclose too much about what happened inside, because part of the experience is the element of surprise, so that you don't "plan ahead" on how to participate.
This only applies to people who live in my city Vancouver BC Canada. If you go to their website www.agameofyou.co you will get all the information necessary in order to play. It was a 30 minute experience, and I came out having thoroughly enjoyed my time in the space.
My wife Bonnie also participated, and she had an excellent experience too. She laughed a lot, but then she always has. She's such a beautiful spirit, and I'm so blessed to be her husband.
If it's possible for you to participate in this very unique theatre experience (i.e. you live in Vancouver Canada) the show is going until September 15.
If by luck or chance you happen to live in a city where this very intriguing theatre piece is going to be mounted, I very highly recommend you go. In my experience going to live theatre is supposed to challenge your perceptions and beliefs. And mine very much were in a way that after having been in it changed me personally.
I give this experimental theatre piece two thumbs up!
