Hola que tal amigos de @HIVE y familia Street Workout Community Espero motivarlos en el día de hoy con una tarde de Freestyle Calistenia, En esta ocasión tuve la oportunidad de compartir con mi amigo de San Cristóbal 
@sw-xavi, y sus compañeros de entreno donde tocamos puntos de formación de grupo e integración de Hive. También entrenamos uno combos de dinámicos y de tensión del cual los chicos les envían un cordial saludo y un fuerte abrazo Tachirense, espero les agrade esta publicación donde se muestra el esfuerzo y la disciplina en superar y desafiar los limites de la gravedad. Espero que puedan superarse a si mismos como cada día intentamos hacerlo en este Deporte poniendo siempre por lo alto el talento Venezolano, donde demostramos que esto es mas que un Deporte.
