Elegí contestar la nro 2, el tema de saber si soy un líder o seguidor esta en; si alguien te sigue eres un líder y si nadie lo hace entonces, sólo estás dando un paseo y eres un seguidor. La cuestione está en que, todos somos en algún momento líderes y seguidores, porque un líder es alguien que es influyente para que hagamos determinadas cosas, un seguidor se apega a su líder para aprender y saber más de la visión de él, Lo mejor de todo esto es que sea uno o seas otro lo importante es saber a donde vamos que ideales estamos siguiendo o qué ideales estamos enseñando, dentro de todo pensemos bien cuál es nuestra convicción de las cosas, a quien seguimos o quien me sigue, y por qué razón lo hace, cuál es el mensaje que estamos dando o recibiendo para ser lo que somos y dirigirnos a ese sentido.

Compartiendo con la vida actual, donde existen variedades de personas que exponen sus idas y se convierten en grandes líderes y con muchos seguidores puedes llegar a pensar, ¿cómo lo hace y por qué lo hace, que cosas lo motiva a hacer esas grandes conferencias y dar un gran discurso? Eso pudiera ser muy llamativo, con calma pensemos, donde estás ahora, con las cosas que vez a tu alrededor estás conforme, crees que es tu tope de vida, en 5 años estaré igual que ahora. Son preguntas frecuentes de motivación y reflexión, sabes, existe solo una cosa que te puede motivar en todo momento y no eres tú precisamente, porque nosotros mismos nos saboteamos, Necesitamos de un buen amigo sincero, de un padre que escuche, o una hermana o hermano, son esas personas que si nos conocen para saber exactamente qué hacer o decir para ayudarnos. Aprender a valorar esos pequeños detalles de la vida es muy importante, ¿a caso tiempo lejos de las personas que frecuentábamos y convivir con quien nos tocó por la emergencia mundial actúa, no ha dejado alguna enseñanza? No estoy en contra de las personas que hacen un Excelente trabajo de motivación y logros personales, yo también tengo mis favoritos por ejemplo John C Maxwell. y aún así puedo decir que, con todo lo que pueda aprender existe algo muy valioso que debemos valorar y son aquellos consejos de las personas que sabemos exactamente qué nos hablan con el corazón. Porque nos aman y producen una influencia inmensa en nuestras vidas dado que nos quieren ver crecer y avanzar, entonces, cuando ya sabes y tienes una convicción clara de a donde ir por qué hacerlo, todo lo que aprendiste de líderes lo usarás sabiamente para enfocarte y expandir eso que sabes que es único y valioso para nosotros.
