The ancient king used to take a walk around this courtyard. The historical monument is under construction after a devastating earthquake of 7.8 magnitude destroys it on April 25. About 9000 people were killed and more than 16000 were injured. About 6,00,000 sturctures in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal were destroyed.
Masons are using wooden support beams to prevent walls of the monument from falling. It is a great place to hung out. This place is visited by more than one million tourist a year.
