It is important to hide your contact details like name and your availability on phone at times. But after the introduction of truecaller app, it is quite difficult to restore privacy.
Today i will show you how to remove your number from truecaller. Please follow the below steps.
First, stop using truecaller app in your mobile. Go ahead and uninstall the app right away.
Now go to the below link where you can remove your number from truecaller directory.
TrueCaller Unlisting PageNow enter your number along with the country code and check the 'I'm not a robot' checkbox and click 'UNLIST PHONE NUMBER' button.
Now a window appears asking for confirmation. Click the 'UNLIST PHONE NUMBER' button
That's it. It will take up to 24 hours to get your number removed from the truecaller directory. People will now no longer see your name when you call them even if they have truecaller installed on their mobile.
