Hello everybody
What a great time we had in Italy. We stayed in a beautiful house near the town San Giovanni in the province Siena. The house is situated on a small hill surrounded by vineyards. The house is from the 17th century and was built out of stone and wood so you still have a pleasant room temperature at 40 degrees. Lucky guys we where we had a nice big pool in our back garden. The olive trees gave us extra shade. In the evening when the sun was setting the landscape changed into a beautiful warm orange.
Unfortunately our trip didn't had a great start. Our journey started at 3 a.m in Germany and actually we should have arrived at 2 p.m. at our house. Unluckily we had a broken tire in Switzerland due to opening hours on a Saturday there was no garage open. We had a bad feeling that we have to stay till monday to get a new tire but thanks to the nice customer service of our car they found a open dealer. A very nice auto mechanic lent us 4 tires till next Monday so we could continue your journey to italy (of cource we bought our new tires at the same place)
