Chips was using one more tag...'Tolers'. This was very old tag when he lived in Zagreb, capital of Croatia. He had a rough time back then, involved in crime, drugs and other problem of a city modern life. But he overcame all that. Now he is happily married with kids, but deep inside he is still street artist. Once and artist, always an artist!!
