Desserts will never disappoint you…

So, yeap, this is life. People will disappoint you, jobs will disappoint you, religions will disappoint you, love will disappoint you (so f… dawn, this will disappoint you a lot by the way!), you will disappoint you, but desserts… Well, they can disappoint you, but it’s harder.

Sometimes in life is better to start with the dessert. At least to remember that no matter how disappointing life can be, there’s always a sweet part.

Lately, I’ve been feeling quite disappointed. So, this week, I ask a friend to come and try a fancy dessert here in Chiang Mai, Thailand. They were not so cheap, but they weren’t disappointed at all!

Saruda Finest Pastry

Saruda Finest Pastry, as the name says, is a bit sophisticated place to have a dessert. They serve cakes, pies and a lot of beautiful sweet pastries with different ingredients for all tastes. There are pastries for chocolate lovers, fruit lovers, exotic tastes lovers and more. The quality and also the aesthetic of each one is unique, it’s almost a piece of art and so far a place that I never found equal here in Chiang Mai.

It’s a nice place to go with friends to have a decent dessert, and also a place to go to indulge yourself and remember that always is a nice sweet taste to pursue in life.

Desserts that will never disappoint you!

Since I came with my beloved stemian friend @connecteconomy, we decided to share two delicious pastries that both would like. So we chose the Anastasia, which is a tiny pie that mixes a cream made of pistachio and strawberries and La Rose, which inside has the cream of raspberry with a touch of rose. We also had delicious matcha, ‘cause as I explained here before bitter makes it sweeter!

Yes, many things in life can disappoint you. So, sometimes, it’s important to give a break and refresh our mind and thoughts with something sweet. Sometimes, it’s important to start with dessert.
