Hoy puedo decir que he logrado que las cosas pasen, estoy en un momento que siento que nada me detiene, por que a pesar de las limitaciones que implica ser extranjero, no me he detenido.

Today I can say that I have made things happen, I am in a moment where I feel that nothing stops me, because despite the limitations that being a foreigner implies, I have not stopped.

Alquilar un inmueble por inmobiliaria para un extranjero es muy difícil acá en Colombia, pero yo sabía que es lo que necesitaba, y me arriesgué, el apartamento que quería en buena zona, con las habitaciones, que necesito el espacio con todo ya lo tenía visualizado.

Y lo encontré, pero debía aplicar a un estudio económico por parte de la aseguradora, envié todos mis recaudos, movimientos bancarios, identificación, carta laboral entre otros requisitos paso una semana en incertidumbre total.

Todo el mundo en contra por que nos decían, no los van aprobar por venezolanos, pero yo estaba decidida y me veía en ese apartamento, no escuché a nadie, pero estaba muy ansiosa.

Decidí soltar un día todo y dije que sea lo que Dios quiera cuando después de una semana el agente inmobiliario llamó para decir que estaba aprobada, que pase el estudio económico y que ya se estaba elaborando el contrato para la firma digital.

Renting a property through a real estate agency for a foreigner is very difficult here in Colombia, but I knew what I needed, and I took the risk, the apartment I wanted in a good area, with the rooms I needed, the space with everything I had already visualized.

And I found it, but I had to apply for an economic study by the insurance company, I sent all my documents, bank movements, identification, labor letter among other requirements, I spent a week in total uncertainty.

Everyone was against it because they told us that they would not approve them because they were Venezuelan, but I was determined and I saw myself in that apartment, I did not listen to anyone, but I was very anxious.

I decided to let everything go one day and I said that whatever God wants, when after a week the real estate agent called to say that I was approved, that I passed the economic study and that the contract was already being prepared for the digital signature.

En ese momento dije, si se puede solo hay que hacer lo que se tenga que hacer para lograrlo es la única manera de que las cosas sucedan, hay que moverse, luego de esto me siento que puedo con todo, que no sólo hay que desear que pase hay que hacer, hay que moverse, hay que arriesgarse.

Esto es un paso muy importante este país es muy celoso con su sistema financiero y crediticio, pero no pueden negar que los buenos somos más.

Esto es un simple ejemplo de lo que podemos lograr en nuestras vidas sin tanto análisis, yo solo espero lo que me merezco, si Dios o el universo me lo dieron es por qué soy capaz y tengo las armas para tenerlo.

Podemos aplicar esto en cualquier aspecto de nuestra vida, hasta para una relación amorosa, nones solo pedir con fe, con convicción, sino actuar en concordancia con lo que deseas, lo que si debo controlar es mi ansiedad, por que a veces quiero que las cosas sucedan ya, y hay que comprender que todo tiene su tiempo.

At that moment I said, if you can, you just have to do what you have to do to achieve it, it is the only way to make things happen, you have to move, after this I feel that I can do anything, that you not only have to wish for it to happen, you have to do, you have to move, you have to take the risk.

This is a very important step, this country is very jealous of its financial and credit system, but they cannot deny that there are more of us who are good.

This is a simple example of what we can achieve in our lives without so much analysis, I only expect what I deserve, if God or the universe gave it to me it is because I am capable and I have the weapons to have it.

We can apply this in any aspect of our life, even for a love relationship, not only ask with faith, with conviction, but act in accordance with what you want, what I must control is my anxiety, because sometimes I want things to happen now, and we must understand that everything has its time.

Algunos les puede parecer una tontería, pero no lo es, es un logro personal muy importante, que alienta a que puedo llegar aún más lejos, así que si tienes un proyecto empieza hacerlo realidad, y eso es como una reacción en cadena que muchas veces te abruma.

Por esa razón no hay que detenerse si se cierra una puerta ni escuchar a personas que no han hecho o logrado nada o aquellos que no tienen tu visión, son como sombras que opacan tu brillo así que no los escuches y sigue enfocado en lo que quieres, que todo todo a su tiempo se dará.
