I think the secret is perspective. Both "This too, shall pass." and "Why did this happen for me?" shift our mindset. Bravo!

I agree. We all have the choice to be in the moment and perceive the moment positively or negatively. It sounds simple, but it is not. It takes a conscious effort to do this. AND, it needs to be repeated.
