Wow it's nice to be 8 minutes ride in. But even nicer to be able to kayak. Really awesome to have a safe place to put your kayak and gear during work too!

I used to kayak (white water rivers) some surf and flat water on lakes and canals so I love the sport.

For work I cycle so it's 40-45 minutes and then I get changed. But if it rains I get the train and it's 50 minutes between going to the station getting a train and walking from the station to work.

Your choices are better. Hopefully the sea will stay calm for you!
