In order to increase community confidence and transparency, CNN Blockchain team decides to conduct token lockup plan as following

1. 20 Billion CNN token for D-Run Foundation Reserve will be locked up until public chain is released.

1. 20 Billion CNN token for the team, among which 5 billion will be reserved as talent foundation. The rest 15 billion will be released in 25 months, 1/25 of which will be distributed to the team monthly. Currently, approximately 600 million have been distributed for the first month.
