The Maiden Tower Museum in Tallinn, Estonia has a unique collection of something unexpected: ancient dough art. This collection is astoundingly complex for something as simple as baked dough. This one is my favorite. Vegan pig!
But this is only hte beginning of the level of complexity of these creations. Anyone who has made gingerbread people can understand how difficult just the simple creations can be. Imagine making an entire gingerbread relief by hand.
