What's up Dtube, my name is Harshil Patel and today I want to talk about how I get the overhead camera shots when I'm moving bed each week.

I'm freaking obsessed with overhead shots. But the problem is that when I'm traveling hostel to hostel each week, I don't have the opportunity to carry all of my gear. I left my overhead camera gear back at home. Which forces me to get VERY scrappy.

The goal is to get SCRAPPY.

So the first step is to see what you have in your environment and try to figure out how to pull the overhead camera shot off.

Some lightweight gear to travel with:

A Joby Tripod. They bend and you can attach them to anything. That's what I use for my overhead camera shots :)

And it's only 10 inches tall and packs away very nicely.
