Yup this is part of my short story for tomorrow's video. But while I edit this video, I wanted to drop this video about an idea that came into my head while I was cooking this meal.

I learn so much more by cooking the local meal versus buying it at a restaurant

It's such a profound thought and it makes sense. I spent an hour reading up on the meal, then 30 minutes buying the ingredients I needed, then an hour cooking it.

You learn so much during that time.
