Salzburg - Marc Marquez admitted sadly after Dani Pedrosa will certainly leave Repsol Honda at the end of 2018. Marquez can only praise his teammate.
Pedrosa will only be a Honda rider until MotoGP Valencia, November next. The race will mark the end of Pedrosa's partnership with the Japanese manufacturer that has been established for nearly two decades.
Not yet certain where Pedrosa will be docked in next season. Although there are rumors linking the Spanish rider with Yamaha.
Meanwhile Marquez and Pedrosa have been duet for more than five years. Marquez will now have a new teammate who allegedly strong Jorge Lorenzo.
"Sure, I'm sad, because Dani is an important rider in the team and it's been a long time with Honda, but in the end it's a Honda decision and surely they're looking for a tough tandem," Marquez told MotoGP.com.
"Dani has been with Honda for years, he's been working very well for the team, and he will always be a Honda rider.
