Up in the mountain, down in the valley. Part 3/3.
The last stop Nero and I had on our trip to skjomen 08. Mars 2020 was where the river came down from the mountain. Further up was it also more snow, today even more after several snowfalls. It is actually two rivers as meet from two different valleys and follow the valley down to the fjord.
From here and up to the mountain platou the river flood in a ravine. When it is snow it is difficult to walk up, and probably dangerous. The ice can be thin several under the snow. Some places there is open water under 50 cm snow.
View downward the river. I like the combination of white snow and tones of blue in the ice.
