It rained all day today.
In the daytime, there was too much rain, so I couldn't walk, and it wasn't until the night that the rain stopped.
Actifit makes me walk at 10pm :)
After dinner, it is the way to the park in front of the house.
There aren't many people because of the heavy rain.
After crossing the intersection, I entered the park.
Try reducing your favorite songs to a smaller size and listen to the rain.

Today's goal is 2 wheels in the park, so 7000 steps would be difficult, but 6000 steps would be possible!!
If you want to run slowly with an umbrella, you can run gently and check your target steps before returning home.
When I got home, it was over 6800 steps!!
7000 steps to 200 steps, but so successful!
