Sorry for posting so late. I've been helping my neighbour who has been having disaster after disaster all Summer. Now it's flooding and will require breaking concrete to replace the drain pipe! Roto-Rooter attempted to clear the pipe and pulled out bits of the pipe, so yea... it's a digging job.
