I celebrated my Christmas day and Eve both in church with friends and family. We had such a wonderful time over a cosy dinner, blessing and being blessed.
Here are some photos of us.

At the beginning of December this year, I had a random conversation with God one day when I was driving. Basically it was me asking Him how to hope when things and situations seem to not favour hope yet without hope, I know our visions perish.
A statement dropped to me. Well, now I know that the first day was the first half of it. "JESUS'S BIRTH HAS GIVEN US A NEW HOPE." I agree and resonate with this but how do we hope in this new hope?
Then the second part came. "JESUS'S RESURRECTION HAS ENABLED US TO LIVE IN IT." So now even the ability to hope and live in it has been redeemed by Jesus Who was made man to fulfill this part for mankind. Cos sometimes we cannot even hope by ourselves.
Hope is powerful. It is not a wish but it is an ability to actually live on. And the best of it all, it is God given.
This morning before attending church, I got awestruck by a picture. The fallen nature of Eve being redeemed by Eve touching the pregnant womb of Mary. I was like.... yes this is Christmas! The purpose of the birth of Christ.

Thank You Jesus. I don't know what I will do or can do without You.
