My life is filled with trauma and pain,
Memories of hurt that won't wane,
Every recall deepens the ache,
It's a cycle I cannot break.
Reliving them each day and hour,
I can neither forget nor move forward,
My own thoughts are my biggest foe,
Leaving me stuck and feeling low.
These memories are a heavy weight,
Burdening me with emotional freight,
I long for peace and release,
But for now, I'm trapped in this endless grief.
