My dear fellow pirates, it seems that life has taken me away from my normal routine.
It seems that in addition to writing enjoyable tales of the sea, I actually have other responsibilities that have been piling up one upon another.
This past week has been a real buster, the duties of my full time job have swamped the boat and left my mind fried.
Last week, I went on a road trip to send my youngest off to college. The sound of silence entered my home with a huge thundering blast! Yikes I am no longer a full time parent for the first time in decades.
Time for a mid life crisis! If I only had the time.
My second "job", trading gold mining stocks has kept me very busy since the end of June. As a trade I just love the volatility, but as with my regular job, this has left me rather exhausted. On a positive note, the profits have been great and have paid for that college nonsense.
I also have a third project that I am slowly getting off the ground involving online marketing, so yea my plate is rather full.
Hopefully this week will be the week that I clear the decks and will be able to get back to one of the things I enjoy the most . . . writing tales of the Sea on #piratesunday.
