Sometimes we are livin the dream and then sometimes we are just Lovin' the Dream, which is exactly what I am doing this #beersaturday.
Another week has gone by, and the world has stepped another step closer towards the eve of destruction.
To paraphrase the late great Patrick Henry:
"I know not what course others may take; but as for me give me BEER or give me DEATH!"
Speaking of death, the Mrs. @handofzara asked why I had not been using the fancy beer glasses I got for Christmas a while back.
The truth of the matter is, I am a lazy old bastard and the glasses need to be hand washed so that is why I have not been using my fancy beer glasses.
And yet, in order to avoid death at the hands of Mrs. @handofzara, I pulled out one of the fancy glasses especially designed for enjoying an IPA.
Appeasement is always an option in a happy marriage an option that must be utilized sparingly and should always involve drinking beer. I have to ask, is it really "appeasement" when choosing what glass to drink from?
It's not like taking out the trash when asked instead of smashing the trash down so as to fit more or anything really important like that. There are just somethings that can not be compromised with, even if we are on the "eve of destruction".
BEER NAME: Lovin' the Dream

So I will see y'all next #beersaturday. God willing and if some nutter does not push some stupid button.
My motto in these days is "Drink Beer and Pray for Peace!"
I think that is better than Patrick Henry.
I need to go hand wash a glass. The things I do to keep the peace.
