Life is inherently 'good' and bad' because we live in seeming duality. When we accept all aspects of ourself and see it as all part of being 'human' we can stop seeing ourself as being 'wrong' all the time. We start with the basic premise that we need fixed and there is something wrong with us. All of Life is perfect by nature no matter how you've labelled it, and everything is intrinsically part of the whole.
