There are not many things I "really" enjoy, but abstract art, music, and pondering the mind are all too enjoyable to pass up. I may also post podcast/commentary in audio.

Here is an abstract

Following from my first post, here is a song, listen.

Standing in the rain, means that you allow yourself to experience something, allow yourself to become equal to the experience.

If you feel like the rain is positive just as you feel the suns rays to be positive, then a rainy day becomes the same experience as a sunny day.

The only difference is that your body has to adjust in the opposite direction than on a sunny day. Your body has to expend energy either way.

If you can't stand the rain, in reality your thoughts have prevented your nervous system (feelings) and your biological methods of balancing temperature (heat compensation), from functioning.

What? How is that being more than yourself?🤔

The effect of believing you are equal to the rain gives you a different feeling and perspective towards it. This perspective is the opposite of someone who likes sunny days.

A sunny day can become painful and have negative health effects. (cancer and heat stroke)
A rainy day can cause pain and have negative health effects. (hypothermia)

It is very important that we experience each side of a spectrum so that we understand how the entire phenomenon works. This is why, having no mental problems and thinking that mental problems are always negative is a mistake. Just like our bodies sense heat, our minds and information processes experience the world in the forms of happiness and depression. If happiness is the sunny day, then depression is rain, and only by standing in the rain and the sun can we fully grasp our reality.

So, when you shy away from depressing thoughts, just know that they are no different than happy thoughts, the difference is all in the way you think about them.

now here is another song, and a photo of mine.

The experiences that we label negative are actually mostly just different, and we "just" can't see how they're actually good.

There are lots of angry people around, but are you angry in the right way, at the right things? Is the storm just a random event rather than a targeted movement, does it have the best interests of the people in hand?

Maybe giving in to anger, is the same as giving in to greed, dominance and fear. We should be learning to be in the rain, and the sun without fearing it or loathing it.

Of course, the governments, NPCs and politicians dislike the rain. We have to change that.
