I looked on hive and steem and that is the same post on the hive and steem chain and both hive and steem say 3 years ago and how do you know @otisbrown and @me-tarzan are the same person. Also not sure why your only worried about them , when @slobberchops as many accounts upvoting each other and no one has a problem with that. probably because @enforcer48 is another one of his accounts.
