Let's Begin with What BUSINESS Is:

I know many of us know what is the difiniton of business, but let's bve informal and try to discuss business in a new perspective.

Definitely people start it to make money.
People look to build Multinational companies or brands from their little office or a building.
Businesses can be for the profitable entities.
Businesses can even be non-profitable IUt is to when they are feeding a charitable mission :)

WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO ENSURE YOU GUYS IS THAT WE NEED TO LEARN WHERE BUSINESS STARTS AND WHAT FORMS IT CAN SHAPE ITSELF INTO :)

A Business basically starts in the mind, It evolves out from the mind and gets a name.
A business has different natures, and keeping them in mind, different approaches of market researches are done :)

This detailed and extensive market research is done in order to determine what should be the target market of business. The identification of the Target market is the most important and prior step that has to be taken before even manufacturing the pricing structure of your product or service.

A Business is never said to be stopped, it always keeps moving. Either in profit or in loss, can also maintain itself at a constant rate.

But A business can never be said to be fully developed, even if it is the largest business in the world, it has to keep itself updated to the latest trends and technologies and also the market Niche, segments and all other Cores Of Marketing

HERE WE ARE DONE WITH THE DEVELOPMENT PHASE AND ITS BASIC DISCUSSION, SO LET'S NOW MOVE TO THE FORMS OR WAYS IN WHICH A BUSINESS CAN OPERATE

Possibly there can be many ways in which a business can be operated, but these are the three most known forms of Business.

SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP
PARTNERSHIP
CORPORATION

Let's now look at the short descriptions of all these three forms

1st.

As from the name we can see, sole proprietorship refers to the person being the only owner of the business. He is responsible for the profit and loss whatever occurs and the investments that are to be made. He doesn't keep anyone with himself in his business and carries the organization over his own leadership.

2nd.

This is the form of a business being upheld by multiple leaders. These two or more people have combined effort equally or not distributed among themselves. And now the profit or loss whatever occurs, all either face the circumstances or enjoy the profits.

These partnerships can be between two or more people.

Basically it takes place when both the partners are not ready to take a huge risk or in other circumstances it is based on the fact that one partner is not able enough to run the business alone so he combines someone else with him/her.

Corporation is referred to as the group of people that are working together as one unit, or in other words; say that they are the shareholders of the business. What this does is that it creates some relief for the owner of the business by removing the stress of financial liabilities.
