The question is, is it permissible to sell things with such picture labels?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to put a sticker with a picture on his belongings, because Islam has declared the picture as haram, so it is not right to use it.

2: It is not permissible for that person to put a photo sticker on his goods and sell them.

Fiqh Hanaf says that if the image is small, less than the size of the bird, as is the case with the images printed on some small things, then it still has a capacity, as Allama Shami writes: An kant al-shahr Qaat Tayir Yakar wan. Kanta Asghar Fila, Rad al-Mukhtar, Book of Salat, Chapter What corrupts Salat and what it hates in it, (1/648).

If the image is the size of a bird, it is makruh, and if it is smaller than that, it is not makruh.

The distinction of Hanafi jurists that if the image is the size of a bird, it is makruh and if it is smaller than that, it is not makruh. are included, this is what Allah knows best.
