Explanation: In the hadith, it is mentioned that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever touches the remembrance of it, then performs ablution.
"Whoever touches his private parts should perform ablution." (6)
It is not related to a small child, as it has been stated above that he is not under the command of adults, and the hadith also means that touching the private part breaks the ablution when it is done directly without any hindrance. And held hands with lust.
As Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (RA) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said:
"If one of you spreads his hand to his vagina, and there is no silk or hijab between them, he should perform ablution" (7)
"When one of you extends his hand towards the private part in such a condition that there is no obstacle between the hand and the private part, then he should perform ablution."
And Sayyiduna Talaq, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was asked about ablution after touching the private parts, and he said: It is not a part of you, or your body.
"He is only a part of your body." (8)
From this hadith, it is known that if the private parts of the body are touched like the hands, nose, ears, face, etc.
And there is absolutely no such thing in the private part of the child, so the hadith about performing ablution after touching the private part cannot be argued here. And Allah knows.
Shaykh Muhammad bin Salih al-Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked that if a woman touches the private part of a child, does it break the ablution?
So he said: The woman's ablution is not violated if it is the ghusl of her children and the drunken remembrance or the farjah.
"When a woman washes her child and in the process touches her private parts, it does not break her ablution." (9)
Note:
In this regard, the tradition narrated from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that ((Innah hurmatah awrahat al-sagheer kahurmatah awraht al-kabeer.)) is unproven and strongly denied. (10)
The result of the discussion is that touching the private part of a small child does not break the ablution, so if the hand is touched while cleaning the children etc., the ablution they have already done will remain intact, it will not affect them, only their own. Prayer etc. can be offered after washing hands.
There is no success except with Allah.
