Recently I made a video about an experiment where they fed men with mild depression two portions of FRUIT per day for several weeks. They used a scale to measure their depression, and basically it worked

Excellent post. Just because you didn't lose a lot of weight, as some people do, is not bad at all! Most people who spectacularly lose a ton of weight, will just put it all back on within a few years!

Date syrup is my personal favourite too! It's delicious. It's possible to buy it in squeeze bottles now, it's not cheap, but it's so nice that I don't really need to use much of it. :)
