Hello photo lovers!
It's one of the last warm day's here in Southerner Spain an I wanted to dedicate that to some old pictures I took in Iceland! From tomorrow the temperatures are declining and hopefully don't come above 30 degrees any more!
I am not doing really good in this warm weather and I am looking forward to leaf to the Netherlands again! I am fly back home next Thursday!
For now some black and withe pictures I took in 2017! I could'n find any posts about Iceland here on my blog so here they are!
This is a magnificent view over the coastline of Southerner Iceland!
So many rivers around here! In all kinds of shapes and sizes!
Empty fields everywhere! An not so many trees!
This was a famous touristic hot spot! A big ice lake underneath a big glasier! Laguna glaciar de Jökulsárlón.
On this location that shot a James Bond movie if I am correct!
I saw this plate of ice an I coudn't resist standing on it! I thought it would make an epic picture!
Soon others followed and I took some nice pictures with just on color accentuated!
Very moody, I liked the outcome of it!
Next to this lagoon is a big beach! Al the lose ice eventually flows in to the sea and some of the blocks wash upp ashore! They call it diamond beach! Ice blocks sparkle like diamonds!
On our way back we visited this famous little church!
