Hello street art lovers,
While we were wondering around the city of Berlin, we stumbled on to a little street in the greater Mitte area on Rosenthaler Strasse and just before Alexander Platz. Tht's a cultural hotspot were the buildings are just as they were 50 years ago. This alleyway has been completely preserved in its original state and is home to art galleries and cafes. All the walls are covered in a thick layer of graffiti and countless stickers.
The entrance is trough a little alleyway that continuously is changing to all the graffiti and stickers.
You can buy art here from this little vending machine. To bad we didn't had 6 euro's in change. Would have been nice to have a souvenir like this.
This is the entrance to the cinema upstairs. I saw the sticker on the floor to late. I already made a picture.
Many people still life here. These are the best mailboxes I have ever seen.
And in the summer the street is full of terraces were the locals mingle with the tourists. I don't know if this is a famous place in Berlin but I would like to have a drink here when the weather is nice and warm.
This is a mural dedicated to Anne FrankI already made a little post about it here.
It is a big mural in that street that stood out. It is made by the artists Sol Undurraga Machicao and Mujer Gallina In cooperation with the Coalition Against Disappearances for the International Day Against Enforced Disappearances in 2021
