I have flagged multiple articles from @wahabali, I was reading an article from him https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@wahabali/5000-mw-to-spare-ceo-of-hydro-quebec-wants-to-attract-cryptocurrency-miners and saw a strange string like "Hydro-Québec will attempt to get vitality expending organizations" and this appears to be strange english, I wondered if the article was translated. Reading the cited sources I see that picture was copied 1-1 and the text seems to be auto-rewritten. The original text was "Hydro-Québec will try to get energy-consuming businesses " and it seems he is using some program that replaces words like "Energy" with "Vitality", This is a major red flag for me.
